New Milan-based electric premium brand AEHRA has revealed the exterior design of its first model, an SUV. Described as “effortlessly elegant futurism”, the ‘monobody’ carbon body design is by ex-Lamborghini stylist, Filippo Perini, featuring a long 3.0-metre wheelbase, low front end and short overhangs. The glasshouse is designed to look like it flows as a single piece from the front end to the tailgate. All four doors open in scissor fashion to ease entry and egress to an “exceptionally spacious” cabin for four people. An aerodynamic Cd figure of 0.21 is targeted.

750hp of power comes from electricity alone, the range being around 500 miles. AEHRA is targeting a price of £140,000. A luxury electric saloon model will also be presented in February 2023, with both vehicles reaching the market in 2025.
