Jaguar I-PACE Upgraded

Regular readers will recall last month’s front cover star, the rare ‘Sport 400’ version of the F-Type and the name has now been revived for a special edition 2024 I-Pace. A UK-only model, the I-Pace Sport 400 is mechanically identical to the existing car, using the same 90kWh battery pack and 400PS twin-motor all-wheel-drive setup with a range of up to 292 miles and a 0-60mph time of 4.5 seconds. The Sport 400 is based on the Dynamic HSE Black but gains a boot spoiler and adaptive air suspension as well as 22-inch gloss black rims. Inside, you get Windsor leather covering slimline electric sports seats.

The rest of the I-Pace range also gets styling revisions, with the front ‘grille’ now smoothed off in a new Atlas Grey colour, with a new black and silver Jaguar badge. The front bumper finishers, lower door finishers and rear diffuser are now body-coloured, with the wheels on all R-Dynamic models getting a diamond-cut finish.

Models from R-Dynamic SE Black and above now get the Black Pack as standard, applied to the grille surround, window frames, mirror caps and rear badges. Satin paints are now offered for the first time, in either Eiger Grey or Carpathian Grey, while the onboard infotainment system is now the Pivi Pro system including Alexa, wireless phone mirroring and What3Words navigation.

The range now runs from £69,995 to £79,995 and includes R-Dynamic S, R-Dynamic SE Black, R-Dynamic HSE Black and 400 Sport.
