Special edition Thai 2024 Porsche 911 992 unveiled
Porsche is celebrating 30 years in Thailand with a special range of colourful 911s that reflect the country’s vibrant culture.
Porsche has revealed a special edition 911 to celebrate its presence on Thailand’s roads for three decades. The 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition 992 has been created by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, designed to honour the country’s colourful heritage.
The limited run of collectible 911s will be produced in one of seven Paint to Sample (PTS) colours – Signalyellow, Rubystar, Signalgreen, Pastelorange, Rivierablue, Ultraviolet and Firered – with each one paying homage to Thai culture. Porsche also unveiled a striking one-of-a-kind ‘Inspiration Car’ finished in all seven colours. In addition to the paint finishes on the regular offerings come further Exclusive Manufaktur touches that set the 30 Years Porsche Thailand Edition apart. Staggered 20- and 21-inch Turbo S centre lock wheels, which are standard on the Carrera GTS model, are finished here in a unique two-tone shade that corresponds to the body colour. The brake calipers are finished in black, but a splash of colour is provided on the Porsche crest on each wheel centre cap. Black gloss finishes on the SportDesign front apron, front intakes, side window sills, rear apron and exterior mirrors are joined by unique B-pillar badges. The rear decklid is painted red, white and blue, which are the colours of the Thai flag. Inside, there are contrasting interior trim pieces, finished in the corresponding exterior colour. Finally, a unique anniversary logo is stitched on to each of the headrests.
